Pufin Power, in defense of Solland Silicon plant located in Merano (BZ), has applied to the European Commission against the custom duties imposed by the Chinese state against some European manufacturers of polysilicon. MEP Lara Comi, on March 3rd 2015, has submitted the following interpellation:
